Dr. Brett Daniel and Canyon Park Clinic Versus Badge System Featured on Q13
Dr. Brett Daniel and PacMed’s Canyon Park in Bothell were featured in a news piece on the new Versus badge system on Q13 Fox news. Versus is a pager-like system that reduces patient wait times. When patients arrive, they clip a badge to their clothes and it tracks where they are in the clinic, what they are there for, and if or how long they've been waiting. As Dr. Daniel explains, if it’s been fifteen minutes, the staff is alerted to look into the delay. The goal is an empty waiting room.
