Christy Goff - Registered Dietitian

 

Christy Goff, RDN, CD

Christy has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and health promotion and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. Her strong interest in the connection between the environment and physical health gives her a different perspective on disease states and treatments. By applying her training and experience to individual counseling and health presentations, she helps LWA clients achieve their health goals. Christy brings her creative nature and positive outlook to all she does with the LWA program.

Education: MS in Nutrition; dietetic internship at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA; BS in Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA
Credentials and Professional Memberships: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Dietitian, board member of Greater Seattle Dietetic Association (GSDA)
Medical Interests: Diabetes, Health at Every Size (HAES) weight management program, community health, maternal and infant nutrition
Personal Interests: Traveling and photography, yoga, cooking with new recipes, hiking and nature, and spending time with family

 



 

Pamela Barber - Community Liaison

 

Pamela Barber, Community Liaison, Business Development

Pamela joined PacMed in 2013 from the wealth management industry. Her passion for helping people has translated well into caring for our communities and working to help promote health within our company, our community and our employer groups.  Her interest lie in listening and learning what our employer groups are experiencing in the health care industry today, and how we can impact the way that health care is organized, delivered and paid for in the future.  She aspires to help individuals and companies to effectively navigate health care and to live their healthiest lives.

Education: BS in Management Information Systems, University of Puget Sound, Tacoma. WA
Medical Interests: Chronic disease awareness, realizing the “why you should be healthy” to control the “how”
Personal Interests: Family time, travel, cooking, baking, yoga, bible study and spending time outdoors
