How to Find the Sleep Center

Located in the SpringHill Suites Hotel in downtown Seattle, the Diagnostic Center for Sleep Health is a first-class diagnostic and treatment facility that offers a full suite of sleep disorder services - all in the comfort of a luxury hotel.

From I-5 Southbound

Take the Stewart St exit 166 toward Denny Way. Make a slight left onto Eastlake Ave E. Eastlake Ave E becomes Howell St. Continue and turn right onto Yale Ave. Make your first right into the Marriott SpringHill Suites valet parking area. The sleep lab is on the 10th floor of the hotel. Please check in with one of our sleep technologists in Suite #1010.

From I-5 Northbound

Take Exit 167 on the left towards Mercer St. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Fairview Ave/Denny Way. Turn left at Fairview Ave N. Turn left at Denny Way Make a slight right at Yale Ave. Make a left into the Marriott SpringHill Suites valet parking area. The sleep lab is on the 10th floor of the hotel. Please check in with one of our sleep technologists in Suite #1010.

Coming from east of Seattle via 520 westbound

Get on 1-5 South, then follow the southbound directions.

Via I-90 westbound

Get on 1-5 North, then follow the northbound directions.
