US Family Health Plan Offers Members Efficient Access to Plan Information through the Web site

Enhancements feature user-friendly search capabilities and updated plan information

The Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (US Family Health Plan) today announces the availability of new member service tools online at www.usfhp.com. Enhancements to the Web site feature a variety of interactive elements including doctor search tools, access to updated Plan information and educational resources for members.

"Member satisfaction is our number-one priority; that's why we've improved our existing Web site to feature new interactive options for research, education and Plan information," said David Chicoine, current chairperson for US Family Health Plan Alliance. "Our members now have clear and friendly access to essential member resources at their fingertips."

The Web site features provider search tools for members to research new primary care physicians and convenient hospital locations. Through the Web site, members in select programs can access a leading pharmaceutical distributor to place prescription refills and find pharmacy locations with the pharmacy locator tool. Members can also update account information with changes to a mailing address and phone number.

Health and wellness education and Plan information is now available online. Members can review Plan costs and benefits, including a comparative schedule of co-payments. Members can also order new member cards, review the latest list of Plan enhancements and download the member handbook, the enrollment form and the enhancement brochure. For questions and comments, members can contact US Family Health Plan using the online feedback form.

Future Web site enhancements will include enrollment and payment options so that eligible families of active-duty military service members, retirees and their family members can safely and efficiently sign up to take advantage of outstanding healthcare coverage and US Family Health Plan benefits," added Chicoine.
