With US Family Health Plan there are no deductibles, co-pays or benefit limits. Plus, there's no paperwork. Active-duty family members including those of activated reservists and National Guard get FREE military healthcare benefits through board-certified civilian providers and a whole lot more.

Retired Military without Medicare Part B
US Family Health Plan (USFHP) Benefits for Retired Military & Their Eligible Family Members without Medicare Part B - Only $260 for Individuals and $520 for Families Per Year
Are you a retired military professional or an eligible family member and not covered by Medicare? If so, you're entitled to enroll in US Family Health Plan and receive comprehensive quality civilian healthcare at a yearly enrollment fee of just $260 for individuals or $520 for your entire family. You get first-class civilian healthcare, specialty referrals to board-certified physicians and a whole lot more. Plus, there's no paperwork.
Even if you already have health insurance, you'll probably save money by joining USFHP. If you already have employer-sponsored insurance but pay high premiums or deductibles, then USFHP is a smart, money-saving replacement. Or, you can keep your current insurance and use USFHP as a great supplement to help pay your deductibles and cost shares.
