"With our old plan, I was on the phone for two hours trying to reach someone in customer service. But we're very happy with US Family Health Plan. When you call the 800 number, there's someone who can help you with any question or problem. It's a pleasant change to talk to real people instead of machines. You never get the feeling you're out there on your own."

"Since I have been going to the Pacific Medical Center in Federal Way, I have felt that I am in such good hands ... I actually cried the very
first time I called the clinic to get an appointment with my doctor and was asked what time could I come in that day. That never happens [on base]. Ever!"
