“It’s not just a business here...we go way beyond that. And because we do, it comes back to us and makes us better people.”
What our medical providers say:
"PacMed has done a great job of recruiting and maintaining the best employees, best providers, best staff out there and they do an incredible job of helping them to grow in their own careers."
"Working at PacMed helps me live my best life by giving me an opportunity to see all sorts of different types of patients professionally, and yet have the time personally to invest in my family and my friends. It's a great balance working here."
PacMed MA Certification Program
We believe in growing our employees. We have created a training program that allows our Medical Assistants to develop themselves professionally into strong clinical leaders who provide excellent quality care to our patients.
Our Medical Assistant (MA) certification covers technical skills, visit preparation, system training, provider support, documentation, quality management and more. This training is in-depth, with both one-on-one and in-classroom training. After the training is complete, mentoring and clinical support is provided for all Medical Assistants.
"Knowing what I want in life and being Pacific Medical Centers Certified has helped me know where I am going in my career. Being PacMed Certified has also made me realize how important quality management is in helping our patients live their best life."
–Camille L., Pacific Medical Centers Certified Medical Assistant
