DON'T FORGET TO UPDATE DEERS
Had a baby? Married? Divorced? If you have experienced any of these changes in your family, don't forget that you will need to update your records with DEERS, the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System. DEERS is the nationwide computerized data bank that lists all active and retired military members and their dependents and also determines who is eligible for TRICARE health benefits.

Address Change
You may contact DEERS directly to update your records because of a change in address, or if you have questions about your eligibility for military health benefits.

All Other Changes
If you have a new baby or have adopted a child, married or divorced, you will need to make that change in person at the nearest military I.D. center.

Important
If you have any changes please also update your USFHP records by calling member services at 206-621-4090 or 1-888-958-7347. Keeping your family's USFHP membership records up to date is critical to ensure that your family will be able to use all the benefits that you’re entitled to receive.
