Primary Care
When you enroll in US Family Health Plan, you'll choose a primary care provider (PCP) who will work with you to maintain and improve your health - and refer you to specialists and other medical services when needed. There are no claim forms to worry about, and getting care is as simple as dialing your primary care provider's number.

Specialty Care
When you need specialty care, your primary care provider will coordinate treatment with appropriate specialists. Pacific Medical employs a highly skilled staff of civilian specialists representing more than 24 medical and surgical sub-specialties. To ensure your medical needs are met, we also contract with numerous high-level specialists in the area.

Emergency Care
With US Family Health Plan, you'll have peace of mind knowing that wherever you travel, you'll have coverage for life-threatening emergencies and pre-authorized urgent care. When out of your area, you'll be able to go to the nearest emergency facility to get treatment quickly - even outside of the U.S. where Medicare is not available.

Prescription Benefits
With US Family Health Plan, you have access to an excellent pharmacy network. Prescriptions are available through Pacific Medical's on-site pharmacies or via mail order. The cost for a 30-day supply is just $3.00 for generic and $9.00 for brand name prescriptions filled through your pharmacy. Or pay just $3.00 for generic and $9.00 for brand name and receive a 90-day supply via mail order.
