Lisa Ivanjack, M.D., is Chief Medical Officer of Pacific Medical Centers of Providence. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics.
After moving to the Seattle area in 2000, Dr. Ivanjack worked as Hospitalist Associate Medical Director and a primary care physician. She joined PacMed in 2011 and has served as co-Chief of Primary Care, Medical Director of the Canyon Park Clinic and a member of the Quality and Care Coordination Committee. Dr. Ivanjack brings extensive medical informatics experience to her role, including certification as an EPIC Physician Builder and work on multiple EPIC migration projects.
In the Providence Physician Enterprise, Dr. Ivanjack is co-Chair of the Primary Care Executive Committee. She is also a voting member of the Providence Medical Group System Board and Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP) Governing Board.
Dr. Ivanjack is working toward a Master of Health Care Management through the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She received her medical degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, followed by an Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Minnesota. She earned a BS in biology with a concentration in neurobiology from Northwestern University.
Dr. Ivanjack enjoys reading, working on a good puzzle and college football season. She loves spending quality time with her husband and college-aged children and gets much enjoyment from her two yellow Labradors and her rabbit.
