Ruchi Sharma, M.D., is Chief of Primary Care for Pacific Medical Centers. In this role, she leads the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across all PacMed primary care clinics. Board certified in Internal Medicine and fellowship-trained in Infectious Diseases, Dr. Sharma brings a deep clinical background and a passion for operational excellence to her leadership. She sees patients at the PacMed Canyon Park clinic
Dr. Sharma joined PacMed in 2014 as an internal medicine physician. During her tenure at PacMed, she served in various leadership roles. She currently served as the Primary Care Medical Director at the Canyon Park clinic from 2021-2025. Her leadership was also pivotal in launching PacMed’s first 65+ clinic, where she collaborated closely with PacMed and Providence teams from concept to implementation.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Sharma led Employee Health and Infection Prevention initiatives.
In her free time, Dr. Sharma enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.
