Preparing for your Visit

WHAT TO BRING

Bring the following items to make the most of your time with the doctor:

  • ID and insurance cards
  • Your co-pay
  • Any X-rays and labs from outside the PacMed/Swedish/Providence network
  • A list of your questions and symptoms.

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to park and check in. Read more details on how to prepare for your visit.

CHECK YOUR COVERAGE

To avoid financial surprises, we recommend calling your insurance before your visit to check your coverage for:

  • Pacific Medical Centers
  • The provider you’re seeing
  • The services or procedures you are coming in for.

It’s good to ask your insurance whether our clinic and provider are in network and what your financial responsibility might be.

Northgate Testimonials

“I would like to thank Dr. Massey for his high professional skill in treating my wife’s cardiac problem at the Northgate clinic.”

Dr. Dym is a kind and knowledgeable physician. He listens very well and understands what the patient is talking about. Three of our family members go to Dr. Dym, and all would recommend him as the number one physician to go to at PacMed.”

“Because of Dr. Farea’s maternity leave, the registration staff was very accommodating and courteous to set up the next available appointment. They were considerate enough to offer being seen by another doctor, but our preference is always to see Dr. Farea.”

“Dr. Ways is special because she sincerely takes personal interest in me, her patience. She makes me feel important to her and my health is her priority. I have never had a medical doctor show the personal empathy as Dr. Ways does. Isn’t this what all of us want from our doctor?”

“Scheduling my appointment was very fast and easy. The scheduler was great and nice, and got me in the next day. When I was stuck in traffic and running late, I called the office, and the receptionist put me at ease that it was ok to be a little late, which took stress off of me. Check-in was fast and Kazoua Yang, MA, was wonderful. Dr. Elisabeth Ware is just awesome! She always listens to me. I never feel rushed, and I really appreciate that… I’m very grateful to be a patient at PacMed, and I’m so happy to have found Dr. Ware. She’s the best!!!”

Jan Dadole, Dr. Elisabeth Ware, and Alexandra Lilly, Clinical RN, PacMed Northgate clinic: “The diabetic program helps me a lot in terms of controlling sugar. When I get the call and they ask me about my blood sugar, I feel that someone really cares about me and that’s very important….Care and monitoring is a really good thing for me as a diabetic. Good health means long life and more time with my kids!”
