The clinic is located on the corner of Roosevelt Way NE and 64th Street in Seattle.
Parking:
General Parking
Free parking is located at the back of the clinic in the Roosevelt Square parking lot, up to 90 minutes free, no validation necessary.
There are also paid street parking along most side streets close to the clinic, including Roosevelt Way NE and NE 64th St. This is managed by the city and we are unable to validate or reimburse parking.
Accessible Parking Spots
There are multiple, designated, accessible parking spots in the Roosevelt Square parking lot (free up to 90 minutes) as well as 1 designated spot along the side of the clinic on NE 64th St.
Patient Drop Off
For patients who will be dropped off at the clinic for appointments, there is a “loading” only spot designated in yellow along NE 64th St.
Light Rail
PacMed Ravenna is only 2 blocks southwest of Roosevelt Station. It is served by the 1 Line and 2 Line of Sound Transit’s Link light rail.

Preparing for your Visit
WHAT TO BRING
Bring the following items to make the most of your time with the doctor:
- ID and insurance cards
- Your co-pay
- Any X-rays and labs from outside the PacMed/Swedish/Providence network
- A list of your questions and symptoms.
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to park and check in. Read more details on how to prepare for your visit.
