Your guests will love these bananas, caramelized on the outside yet soft as pudding on the inside.

- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into small rounds
- 1 tsp butter (or coconut oil for a different taste!)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Melt butter in a non-stick or cast iron pan on mediumhigh heat.
Add sugar and let it melt into the butter for about 2 minutes
Place the bananas in the butter-sugar mixture, then cook for 2 minutes or until they become brown and sticky.
Carefully flip them over and do the same on the other side.
Serve while warm!
